Sumadhura Group Signs ₹600-Crore MoU with Telangana Govt for 100-Acre Industrial & Logistics Park
Sumadhura Group inks a ₹600-crore MoU with the Telangana government to develop a 100-acre industrial and logistics park, boosting manufacturing, jobs, and infrastructure growth.
Bengaluru-based real estate developer Sumadhura Group has entered into a significant ₹600-crore Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Telangana to develop a 100-acre integrated industrial and logistics park in the state. The MoU highlights Telangana’s continued efforts to position itself as a preferred destination for industrial, manufacturing, and logistics investments in India.
The proposed project will be developed in a phased manner over the next two years and will feature Grade A+ industrial, logistics, and warehousing infrastructure built to global standards. The park is planned as a future-ready industrial ecosystem, offering plug-and-play industrial sheds, built-to-suit facilities, modern warehouses, cold storage options, and dedicated logistics zones. It will also include internal roads, power and water infrastructure, waste management systems, and digital connectivity to support seamless operations.

The industrial and logistics park is expected to cater to a wide range of sectors, including manufacturing, aerospace, defence, automotive, pharmaceuticals, electronics, FMCG, and e-commerce logistics. By offering flexible and scalable spaces, the project aims to reduce entry barriers for new industries while supporting the expansion needs of established companies.
Strategically located with access to major highways, rail networks, and regional logistics corridors, the park will benefit from Telangana’s strong connectivity and investor-friendly policies. Officials noted that the development will strengthen the state’s supply-chain ecosystem and enhance its attractiveness for global manufacturers looking to set up or expand operations in South India.
Once fully operational, the project is expected to generate approximately 8,000 direct jobs, along with thousands of indirect employment opportunities across transportation, warehousing, maintenance, and support services. The initiative is aligned with Telangana’s broader economic roadmap and its ambition to emerge as a major industrial and logistics hub contributing to a $3-trillion economy by 2047.
